Some Important terms and conditions for Parents/Students
  1. Indian Mentors levies a onetime, non-refundable* (conditions apply) Registration fee from the parents for its services.
  2. Parents/Student are entitled to make the payment for “Indian Mentors” services through cash/cheque/online payment at the time of registration/S will get discount of 5% and 10% by taking option of Half-Yearly and Yearly Package.
  3. In case of payment by cheque, the requested services will be provided by the company only on realization of the cheque. If the cheque/s bounces, fails to be realized or if the company is required to present an alternate cheque for any reason, any banking charges incurred by the company in this regard are recoverable by the company from the issuer of such cheque .
  4. The tutor will be placed within 2 week or it may be take more than 2 week time in some cases after enrollment of the student/s with decided tuition fee received by the company. Indian Mentors request to the P/S to co-operate. Here Indian Mentors trying to serve its best.
  5. After placement of the Tutor if P/S is not satisfaction with the placed tutor you may call Indian mentors to replace the tutor. We will replace tutor as soon as possible.
  6. If the P/S is not getting satisfaction with second tutor too, Indian Mentors reserves all the right to place third and last tutor. In case of dis-satisfaction with all the placed tutors, the fee would be refunded after deducting the running /current months’ tuition fee. But for that, P/S needs to give genuine reason of dis-satisfaction.
  7. Registered parents / students are requested not make any advance payment to the tutors without checking and taking a written permission from Indian Mentors. We do not take the responsibility of any lump sum advance / contract payment made to the tutors without our prior knowledge and permission.
  8. If separate /special requirement of the tutor/s are required for each subject, then
    • Rs.1500/- as registration fee would be applicable.
    • Rs.1500/- as registration fee for each subject would be added for class XI, XII and above.
  9. All terms and condition including tuition fee should not be disclosed by any means. If tutor/s take interest to know about it, P/S are requested to let Indian Mentors know immediately.
  10. The P/S should not take services or tuition/s from the same tutor (if tuition is discontinued by the P/S before one year), until registration date expired.
  11. If the tutor (he/she) is not maintaining the attendance sheet on regular basis or maintaining the fake/false time schedule or not picking up the call when you call or using mobile phone while teaching etc. the P/S must report or you may call directly to the Head Office.
  12. You be aware of that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity. Further, you agree to provide in your home an environment conducive to one on one study during the currency of the said home tuition.
  13. You know that the tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house. We will not responsible for any inconvenience, miss happening by the tutors.
