Mentor's Terms & Conditions

By signing this document, I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth by Indian Mentors. I agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  1. I am registering as a private tutor with Indian Mentors. I hold a lifetime premium membership and will be submitting a non-refundable and non-adjustable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 as account activation charges.
  2. I will visit the nearest branch office during the first week of every month to share students' performance, growth, and feedback with "Indian Mentors."
  3. I will provide the first two classes for newly allocated students as a free demo and these will not be included in my salary.
  4. My performance will be evaluated during this period, and if it is found to be unsatisfactory, the appointment may be terminated.
  5. During the probation period, my monthly salary will be as discussed in the pay scale.
  6. If I agree to take the classes and then, after obtaining the details of the parents/students, I refuse to start the classes according to the given schedule, I will be terminated from the tutoring services.
  7. I will teach the specified number of hours as indicated in the registration form (App). Any changes will result in a fine.
  8. I will attend all orientation and training program organized by Indian Mentors.
  9. I will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
  10. I agree to use my own means of transportation to and from the tutoring location and to arrive on time for all scheduled classes. I will travel 5-10 kilometers in a day at my own expense, and any travel above 10 kilometers will be reimbursed by "Indian Mentors" as an allowance. I will update travel details weekly and monthly for allowance reimbursement.
  11. I will teach the tuition/student with my full satisfaction and will not discontinue the tuition classes before completion of the academic session from April – March.
  12. If a student leaves Indian Mentors, they must sign a Class Discontinuation certificate to receive security and salary for the allotted class.
  13. In the event of an emergency, I can leave "Indian Mentors" by giving a 30-day notice and can claim my security deposit. In this situation, I can only receive an Experience Certificate, Recommendation letter, and Appreciation letter from the company if my tenure is more than 6 months.
  14. If the notice period is not served, the security deposit will be forfeited, and the deposit will not be claimable under any circumstances. Additionally, I will not be able to claim for the certificates.
  15. I will inform "Indian Mentors" in case of:
    1. Taking leaves from parents/student or myself (Information should be given beforehand)
    2. When tuition is dropped or discontinued by parents/student or myself.
  16. I will not discuss the tuition fee or the terms and conditions with the parents/students regarding the services provided by “Indian Mentors”.
  17. I will not personally teach any new tuition preferred by the parents/student or any other tutor because "Indian Mentors" reserves all the rights to receive all such tuition/students. I will provide the details to the office.
  18. In case of any miscommunication, communication gap, disputes, or problems, I will promptly inform the office of "Indian Mentors" and visit on a high-priority basis.
  19. If I come across any kind of loss during my tenure, I myself will bear the loss. “Indian Mentors”, in any case, will not be responsible or bearer of that loss.
  20. I hereby agree to submit a security deposit of 5000 at the commencement of my employment with "Indian Mentors." This deposit will be fully refundable upon my departure from the company and is intended to guarantee the receipt of my agreed-upon salary, which will be disbursed on the 10th of each month via Cheque, Cash, or Bank Account. The specific amount of the security deposit will be determined by Indian Mentors.
  21. If I opt not to pay the security deposit upfront, it will be deducted from my first month's salary (as determined by "Indian Mentors"). The remaining salary will be paid on the 10th of the month via Cheque, Cash, or Bank Account. The deducted amount will serve as security funds, which I can reclaim at the end of the tenure or upon resignation (subject to approval from the Higher Authority of Indian Mentors).
  22. If the tutor is referred by a college, school, coaching center, tuition center, academy, institute, consultancy, or any other partner associated with Indian Mentors, or is an experienced and professional mentor with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience (certificate required), no registration fees will be applicable.
  23. I agree not to request any advance tuition fees or fees in the middle of the month from parents/students or from "Indian Mentors".
  24. I will adhere to all instructions, terms, and conditions of "Indian Mentors" and show respect for all their terms and conditions. If I fail to comply with any of "Indian Mentors" terms and conditions, I may be charged a penalty of Rs. 2,000.00 and could be terminated from the tutoring services. I will not object if this amount is deducted from my monthly salary.
  25. In case any dispute or difference arises between the tutor and "Indian Mentors" regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim, or any dispute arising from these terms and conditions, it will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Managing Director of "Indian Mentors". The arbitration proceedings will take place in the city specified in the agreement, governed by the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, and the courts in that city will have jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement. If the arbitrator appointed refuses to act or for any reason does not proceed with the reference, the Managing Director of "Indian Mentors" has the authority to appoint another arbitrator. The new arbitrator will have the right to continue the reference from the stage at which the previous proceedings were left, provided both parties consent to this.

Parent's/Student's Terms & Conditions

By signing this document, I acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions set forth by Indian Mentors. I agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

  1. Indian Mentors charges a one-time registration fee of Rs. 1200.00 as account activation charges, which is non-refundable and non-adjustable and holds a lifetime premium membership.
  2. Additional registration fees apply for special subject requirements:
    1. A registration fee of Rs. 1200/- for each subject for class XI, XII, and above.
  3. Parents/students can make payments for Indian Mentors services through cash, cheque, or online payment at the time of registration. There is a up to 15% discount for those who opt for the Yearly Packages, respectively.
  4. If payment is made by cheque, services will only be provided after the cheque is realized. If a cheque bounces or is not realized, any banking charges incurred by the company are recoverable from the issuer of the cheque.
  5. The company will place a tutor within two weeks, or in some cases, it may take longer, after receiving the decided tuition fee from the company. Indian Mentors request the parents/student cooperation during this process.
  6. If the placed tutor does not meet expectations, parents/students may request a replacement. The company will replace the tutor as soon as possible.
  7. If there is still dissatisfaction with the second tutor, Indian Mentors reserves the right to place a third and final tutor. If there is dissatisfaction with all placed tutors, a refund of the fee will be issued after deducting the current month's tuition fee, provided genuine reasons for dissatisfaction are given.
  8. The company will issue the refund in those cases which are eligible for the refund via cheque or NEFT. The company is not obligated to refund the amount by cash.
  9. Registered parents/students are advised not to make any advance payment to tutors without the written permission of Indian Mentors.
  10. Parents/students will get free months additional service (yoga, language, dance, music, coding, soft skills, personality development, drawing and painting) any one by taking yearly package respectively.
  11. All terms and conditions, including tuition fees, should not be disclosed to anyone without permission from Indian Mentors.
  12. If a student leaves Indian Mentors, parents and tutor both must sign a Class Discontinuation Certificate to get final settlement.
  13. Parents/students should not re-engage the same tutor for services until the registration date has expired, if services were discontinued before one year or before contract completion.
  14. The parents/students should not offer any kind of new tuitions or take tuitions directly. If the parents/students are found to do so, the tutor would be discontinued permanently and parents/students will not be eligible for a single amount of paid amount. Because it is a concern of the security/safety of the parents/students and it defames the company reputation.
  15. The package and plan hours will not be valid after the plan expiry date.
  16. In case tuition will be discontinued by the parents or the student (whatever the reason is) fee will not be refunded.
  17. If parents exceed the due date of the installment the classes will be discontinued immediately.
  18. If a tutor does not maintain attendance records, falsifies time schedules, or engages in inappropriate behavior, parents/students are advised to report the matter to the Head Office.
  19. It is important to treat home tutors with respect and dignity and provide an environment conducive to one-on-one study.
  20. The final decision to select a tutor rests solely with the parents/students.
  21. The tutor will teach only if at least one parent is present in the house. The company will not be responsible for any inconvenience or mishaps caused by the tutors.
