TERMS & CONDITIONS
  1. I will pay Rs 600.00 as a non-refundable premium membership fee for Life Time Registration.
  2. I will collect 80% from 1st month of my decided tuition salary (Decided by "Indian Mentors") after two week of month completion on 15th through Cheque, Cash or Bank Account. Note – 15% Salary deducted as Security Money and 5% Salary donated for TEAM Society (NGO). I will Collect 15% Salary (Security Money) on the end of the session or after resignation, if Resignation will be Accepted by Higher Authority of Indian Mentors.
  3. I will not ask any kind of advance tuition fee or tuition fee in the middle of the month (Either from parents/student or from "Indian Mentors").
  4. I will call to the parents/student immediately after getting the contact number or address of the student from "Indian Mentors" to fix the time schedule of the classes and will give the feedback to the office shortly.
  5. If I agree to take the classes and then after taking the details of the parents/student, if I refuse to start the classes from the given time schedule, I would be terminated from the tutoring services.
  6. First two classes for new allocated student are demo that will not be included in the salary.
  7. I will take/teach the tuition/student with my full satisfaction and I will not discontinue the tuition classes before completion of the session from April 2021 – March 2022.
  8. I will take the classes regularly, punctually and professionally.
  9. I hold all the responsibilities of the student's academic performance and I assure to “Indian Mentors” to be very professional in the tutoring services.
  10. I will not discuss anything with the parents/students about the tuition fee and the terms and conditions held between parents and “Indian Mentors”.
  11. I will keep my mobile phone in the silence mode and will not attend any call or message during the class.
  12. I will take the chapter wise/weekly/monthly test of the student regularly and will update the result to parents/student and “Indian Mentors”.
  13. I will inform to "Indian Mentors" in case of:
    • Taking leaves of more than a day from the parents/student.
    • When tuition is dropped or discontinued by you or parents/student.
  14. I will maintain the attendance sheet in the proof of my regularity and punctuality but if I don't do so, “Indian Mentors” will not be responsible for any issue arose against the number of the classes/hours of the classes and I would be paid according to the parent’s/student's feedback/statements.
  15. I will not change my given contact number but if I do so, I will update to “Indian Mentors” office immediately.
  16. I will respond Call, Message or Email of Indian Mentors at a time on the High Priority basis.
  17. I will not quit even a class but if I do so, I will manage it on any other day.
  18. I will not mistreat with the parents/students or any employee of “Indian Mentors”.
  19. I will not teach any new tuition preferred by the parents/student because “Indian Mentors” reserves all the rights to receive all such tuition/students. I will give the tuition details to office.
  20. If I face any difficulties/problem regarding the classes, I will inform to “Indian Mentors”. But kindly make a note that tutors are strictly prohibited to discuss anything apart from tutoring services with the parents/student.
  21. I will carry my identity proof/card issued by "Indian Mentors" during the classes and will show to parents/student if required.
  22. I will follow the given dress code by Indian Mentors for :
    • Male – Dark Blue/Black shirt and Blue/Black Trousers/Pants.
    • Female – Dark Blue/Black Suit, Dark Blue Saree, Dark Blue/Black Kurta with White Leggings.
    • Or both can opt for Indian Mentor’s Dark Blue/Black shirt/T-shirt and Trousers/Jeans/Pants.
  23. I will submit Xerox copy of my educational qualification, Voter identity proof/Aadhar card, PAN card for signature verification, recent colour photograph and other required documents in the office of “Indian Mentors".
  24. I will follow all instructions and terms & conditions of “Indian Mentors" instructing occasionally and I will respect all the terms & conditions of “Indian Mentors".
    If I have failed to follow any Terms & conditions of Indian Mentors then I would be charged Rs 2,000.00 as a penalty and might be terminated from the tutoring services. I will not have any objections if It will be deducted from my Monthly Salary.
  25. 25.In case, any dispute or difference arises between tutor and the “Indian Mentors" regarding the interpretation of these terms & conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms & conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Managing Director of “Indian Mentors". The proceedings shall be conducted at Durg under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the courts at Durg only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If an arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, does not enter the reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Managing Director of “Indian Mentors" appoint another person to act as an arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which proceeding was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the new arbitrator will be entitled to precede in the beginning.
